🧊💚 Iced Matcha Latte
Stay energized during a heatwave with this refreshing iced matcha latte—perfect as a cooling pick-me-up or just another fabulous way to enjoy matcha!
📝 Ingredients (in grams)
- 2 tsp ceremonial grade Matchaeco Matcha Powder → ~2 g 🍵
- 1–2 tbsp hot water → ~15–30 g 💧
- 1 cup milk of choice → ~240 g 🥛
- Ice ❄️
- Optional sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl or measuring cup, add 2 g matcha. Pour in 15–30 g hot water and whisk until fully incorporated (it will form a slightly thick paste).
2️⃣ Add Milk
Pour in 240 g milk and mix until smooth. Chill in the fridge or freezer for ~15 minutes.
3️⃣ Fill Your Glass
Fill a glass about ¾ full with ice and pour in your milk of choice.
4️⃣ Combine & Enjoy
Pour the chilled matcha over the milk and stir gently.
