  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. To serve, remove the ice lollies from the molds and enjoy!

Top Tips

  • Use good quality matcha powder. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your ice lollies. (Like our matcha!)
  • Use full-fat coconut yogurt for the best flavor and texture.
  • Don't oversweeten the mixture. You can always add more maple syrup to taste after the ice lollies have frozen.
  • Freeze the ice lollies for at least 4 hours, or overnight. This will give them time to set properly.

Personal Tips

I find this recipe to be a bit of a bsae, you want to get creative, you can add other ingredients to your matcha ice lollies, such as:

  • Fresh fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries, or mangoes
  • Chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts
  • Chocolate chips
  • Cookie dough pieces

Try combining a sweet ingredient in to your lollies for a great all round flavour!

The possibilities are endless!
