Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder ( Approx 5g, if you're using a matcha spoon!)
- 400g pot coconut yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 100ml water

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and water until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- To serve, remove the ice lollies from the molds and enjoy!
Top Tips
- Use good quality matcha powder. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your ice lollies. (Like our matcha!)
- Use full-fat coconut yogurt for the best flavor and texture.
- Don't oversweeten the mixture. You can always add more maple syrup to taste after the ice lollies have frozen.
- Freeze the ice lollies for at least 4 hours, or overnight. This will give them time to set properly.
Personal Tips
I find this recipe to be a bit of a bsae, you want to get creative, you can add other ingredients to your matcha ice lollies, such as:
- Fresh fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries, or mangoes
- Chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts
- Chocolate chips
- Cookie dough pieces
Try combining a sweet ingredient in to your lollies for a great all round flavour!
