These coconut matcha ice lollies are smooth, lightly sweetened, and perfect for warm days ☀️✨

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 lollies)
- 5g Matchaeco matcha powder (about 1 tbsp) 🌿
- 400g full-fat coconut yogurt 🥥
- 30–45g maple syrup (2–3 tbsp), to taste
- 100g water
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Mix
In a medium bowl, whisk together Matchaeco matcha, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and water until completely smooth and evenly green 🌿
2️⃣ Pour
Carefully pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds.
3️⃣ Freeze
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, until fully set ❄️
4️⃣ Enjoy
Remove from moulds and enjoy straight from the freezer 🍦✨
