✨ How to Brew the Perfect Cup

Sift 1–2 g (½–1 tsp) hojicha into a bowl or cup

Add ~20 ml cold water, whisk gently to form a smooth paste

Pour in 70–80 ml hot water (~80 °C) and whisk or stir well
(or use an electric whisk for extra smoothness)

Optional: add warm milk or milk alternative for a comforting hojicha latte
