🛒 Ingredients (1 serving)
2g Matchaeco Matcha 🌿
60g hot water (70–80°C)
150–200g milk of choice 🥛
1/2 ripe banana (mashed) 🍌
5–10g maple syrup or honey (optional) 🍯
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon + optional nutmeg
Ice cubes 🧊

1️⃣ Make the Banana Base
Gently warm the milk, mashed banana, vanilla, cinnamon, and optional nutmeg in a pan.
Stir until smooth and fragrant, then remove from heat.
2️⃣ Cool It Down
Let the banana milk cool for a few minutes (or chill in the fridge if you have time).
This is important for a smooth iced texture.
3️⃣ Whisk the Matcha
Sift Matchaeco Matcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy 🍵
4️⃣ Build the Drink
Fill a glass with ice 🧊
Pour in the cooled banana milk.
