🛒 Ingredients (2–4 servings)
120g mayonnaise 🥚
2g Matchaeco matcha powder 🌿
1 garlic clove, finely minced 🧄
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper


👩🍳 Method

1️⃣ Prep the Garlic
Finely mince or crush the garlic into a paste for smooth flavour.

2️⃣ Mix
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Matchaeco matcha, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until fully smooth and bright green 💚

3️⃣ Rest (Optional)
Let the aioli sit in the fridge for 10–15 minutes so the flavours blend beautifully.

4️⃣ Serve
