Hold back foam if you like, then spoon a little on top for a café-style finish ☁️
5️⃣ Enjoy
Sip slowly while hot and cosy ✨
⭐ Top Tips
🌿 Don’t use boiling water
Water that’s too hot can make matcha taste bitter. Aim for 70–80°C.
🥄 No milk frother?
Shake warm milk in a jar with the lid on, then microwave 20–30 seconds for light foam.
